Storage: Face data processed by AWS Rekognition is stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket that is accessible only by our AWS account. This bucket is not publicly accessible and is protected by AWS security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.

If your account is banned for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, we may retain limited facial geometry data solely to prevent you from creating a new account. We may collect information about your device when you use the App including the unique device identifier, device model, and operating system, for a number of purposes, as set out in this policy.
We also collect data about your photos, such as which are the photos that users spend time on or which are the photos that have the best lighting, etc. We may use that data to rearrange your profile photos aiming to position them in a way that is favourable to you. You may opt-out of this feature through our app settings.
When you visit our Sites or when you use our App, we may collect personal data from you automatically by using cookies or similar technologies. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your device or browser that allows us to recognize and remember you.
Flynt does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers or participate in cross-app tracking. All data we collect is used solely within the Flynt platform to provide and improve our services.
We review the content of messages sent on the Platform to identify topics, sentiments, and trends across our Users. We will take steps to remove personally identifying information from such messages, prior to reviewing them. We will not share the content of User messages or information we derive from them with any third party.
If you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive the information you send to us to help resolve your query. We will keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from you about other Users (and from other Users about you) for 6 years after deletion of your account.
The main reason we process your data is to provide our service to you and improve it over time. That includes connecting you with curated group experiences and community members, personalizing your experience, and helping you make the most of our service. We also process your data to keep you and all of our members safe and secure while using our service.

When you RSVP to an event, we may share limited information (such as your name and event preferences) with event organizers or venues involved in the event, solely to facilitate your attendance. We will obtain your explicit consent before sharing your contact details (such as phone number or email address) with any event organizer or venue.
You share data with other members when you voluntarily disclose information on the service for others to see (e.g., your public profile).

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (such as fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or law enforcement requests). Any data retained for legal purposes will be stored securely and deleted once the legal obligation expires.
For the purpose of safety and security, accounts that have been suspended or banned for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use may have limited identifying information retained solely to prevent the banned user from re-registering.
