Protection of Children Policy
Flynt only allows adults over the age of 18 to sign up on the app.
Flynt is committed to user safety and does not allow any content or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, or puts children at risk. This applies to all forms of media—real or fictional—including text, images, audio, video, illustrations, and links to external sources.

Any attempt to share, request, promote, or even reference child sexual abuse material (CSAM)—regardless of intent—is strictly forbidden. This includes content shared to raise awareness or express condemnation.
We understand that some users may wish to mention or include images of their own children in their profiles. In such cases:
-
Children must be fully clothed.
-
They must not be shown alone in the image.
-
Any childhood photos of the user must follow the same guidelines.
We do not permit any images—altered or otherwise—that feature children’s genital or buttock areas, even if covered by graphics, emojis, or clothing.

Breaking this policy will result in account removal and may lead to reporting to law enforcement or child protection organizations, depending on applicable local or international laws.

Flynt has automatic detection of inappropriate content using AWS Rekognition. On top of that we allow users to flag the accounts or content from other users for inappropriate content in case something slips through automated detection. Such content is reviewed and appropriate action taken including taking down the content, suspending the account and reporting to law enforcement if needed.
If your content or account has been flagged and you believe it was in error, you can contact our support team ( flynt@theflynt.club ) to request a review.
